Support

Billing

Subscriptions are purchased in the Orynell app on Android and managed in Google Play. Subscription charges appear on your statement as GOOGLE*REALIZEDWONDER; the exact format can vary by bank and country.

How to cancel

Cancelling stops the next charge. When you cancel, you keep access to paid features through the end of the period you have already paid for; your account then returns to Free, and your calculations stay with you. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. Go to Subscriptions.
  3. Select Orynell, then Cancel subscription.

Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. Cancel using the steps above first.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us.

The Guide: safety & crisis resources

The Guide is Orynell's AI interpretation feature.

The Guide is designed to notice language that suggests you may be thinking about harming yourself. When it does, it pauses interpretation and points you to crisis resources instead of continuing. It is also designed not to produce content that encourages or instructs self-harm.

If you're in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, please reach out to people who can help right now:

  • In the United States: call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, available 24/7.
  • Anywhere: contact your local emergency number or a local crisis line. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call your local emergency services.

The Guide is an AI system — not a crisis service, not a counselor, and not a substitute for professional help. It can be wrong, and it can't intervene in an emergency.
