Acceptable Use Policy
Orynell is a product of Realized Wonder LLC (“Orynell,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Orynell is an astrology and astrology-adjacent computation and interpretation platform with two layers: a deterministic calculation engine and the Guide — an AI feature that produces written interpretations and chat based on calculation results. The calculation engine is not AI; “AI” and “the Guide” refer to the interpretation feature only.
This Acceptable Use Policy (this “Policy”) explains what you may and may not do with Orynell. It applies to orynell.com, the Orynell web application at app.orynell.com, the Orynell mobile app, our calculation engine, and the Guide, together with any related content and services we provide (collectively, the “Services”), and is incorporated into, and forms part of, the Terms of Service that govern your use of the Services. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Orynell is not a licensed or professional service
Orynell provides astrological calculations and interpretations for personal reflection, educational, and informational purposes only. It is not a licensed professional and does not provide legal, medical, mental-health, psychological, financial, tax, insurance, employment, housing, relationship, or safety advice, and its calculations and interpretations are not a substitute for a qualified professional.
You agree that you will not:
- use the Services to obtain, or to provide to anyone else, advice or services that would typically require a professional license or credential; or
- use any calculation or Guide output relating to a person to make, or to inform, a decision that could have a legal or material effect on that person — for example, decisions about their credit, employment, housing, insurance, healthcare, education, or other significant matters.
2. The Guide is AI — its interpretations may be wrong; verify independently
The Guide is an artificial-intelligence system, not a human. Its interpretations and chat replies are generated by AI. When you use the Guide, you are told at the start of each session that you are interacting with AI rather than a person.
Because AI outputs are probabilistic, they may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or not appropriate for your circumstances, even when they read as confident or detailed. The Guide interprets the placements produced by Orynell's calculation engine and shows which placements each passage draws from — not a guarantee that the interpretation is correct. You should evaluate Guide outputs independently, and you should not rely on them as a sole source of truth or as a substitute for professional advice or your own judgment.
3. No outcome promises, no fortune-telling
Orynell does not predict the future, guarantee outcomes, or offer psychic, fortune-telling, or divination services. Its purpose is cultural exploration and personal reflection, not foresight.
You agree that you will not use the Services, or present or market anything produced with the Services, as if Orynell predicts the future, guarantees any outcome, or provides psychic or fortune-telling services. You also agree not to use the Services to deceive, manipulate, or cause emotional harm to anyone.
4. Prohibited uses
You must not use the Services, or help anyone else use the Services, to do any of the following.
Break the law. Use the Services for any unlawful purpose, or to conduct, plan, promote, or assist in any illegal or violent activity.
Harm or abuse other people. Harass, abuse, threaten, intimidate, bully, defame, stalk, impersonate, exploit, or otherwise harm any person; or create or distribute hateful content directed at people on the basis of who they are.
Endanger minors. Create, upload, transmit, request, or promote sexual content involving anyone under 18, or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor; groom, solicit, or attempt to obtain private contact information from a minor; or otherwise endanger a minor.
Promote self-harm. Facilitate, promote, glamorize, or encourage suicide, self-harm, disordered eating, or other dangerous behavior.
Deceive, defraud, or impersonate. Use the Services for fraud, scams, phishing, or other deception; present AI-generated output as human-generated; or misrepresent who or what produced any content.
Spread harmful misinformation. Create or distribute false or misleading information about medical, health, or scientific matters.
Violate others' privacy. Collect, disclose, or process another person's personal data without a lawful basis; or track a person's physical location, emotional state, or communications without their consent.
Misuse the technology. Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover the source code, model weights, or underlying components of the Services; scrape, copy, or republish any part of the Services without our permission; introduce malware or any harmful code; use bots or automated means that burden or disrupt the Services; probe or test the security of the Services; or circumvent, disable, or bypass any rate limit, safety filter, content policy, or other protective measure.
Attempt to jailbreak the Guide. Attempt to manipulate or bypass the Guide's intended operational constraints, including by crafting prompts designed to circumvent content policies, safety filters, or usage restrictions; using prompt injection, role-play, or other techniques intended to make the Guide ignore its guidelines; or attempting to extract, modify, or interfere with the Guide's underlying system instructions.
Build competing AI or harvest our engine. Use any part of the Services, or any information available through them, to create, train, or otherwise develop any artificial intelligence or similar models, or any product or service that competes with the Services.
5. Third-party AI models
The Guide is powered in part by AI models provided by third parties, including Anthropic. When you use the Guide, you must also comply with those providers' acceptable use and usage policies, including Anthropic's Usage Policy at anthropic.com/legal/aup.
6. Age requirements
The Guide is available only to adults 18 years of age or older. To use the Guide, you must confirm that you are 18 or older; access to the Guide is gated on that confirmation. The full age requirements for the Services are in the Terms of Service.
7. Crisis situations and safety
The Guide is not a crisis service. If you express thoughts of self-harm or suicide, the Guide is designed to direct you to crisis resources rather than to continue the conversation, and it is designed not to produce self-harm content.

8. Enforcement and changes
If you do not comply with this Policy, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, remove content, or restrict features — including, where appropriate, without notice — to protect the Services, our users, or the public, or to comply with the law.
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where required by law, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
